Terms of Service

By booking or using 24 Seoul Mobile Massage, you agree to follow these Terms & Policy. Our service is provided for wellness, relaxation and fatigue recovery purposes only.

Service Type

24 Seoul Mobile Massage provides mobile massage and outcall massage service to private locations, including hotel rooms, Airbnb stays, residences, officetels and homes. We do not operate as a walk-in massage shop.

Service Availability

Our service is available 24/7 depending on therapist availability, location, travel time and schedule. Same-day booking may be possible, but availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by WhatsApp or phone.

Customer Eligibility

Customers must be adults under local law. We reserve the right to refuse service if the booking appears unsafe, inappropriate, fraudulent, unclear or not suitable for mobile massage service.

Professional Wellness Service Only

Our massage service is strictly for relaxation and wellness care. Sexual service, illegal requests, harassment, threats or inappropriate behavior are not allowed. If such behavior occurs, the therapist may stop the appointment immediately and leave the location.

Booking Policy

For faster booking, WhatsApp is recommended. Phone calls may be difficult if language communication is unclear.

Example Booking Message

“Gangnam, XX Hotel, Thai Massage 90 mins, tonight 10:30 PM. Please meet me in front of the elevator on the 1st floor. I am wearing a black cap and blue shorts. My name is Mike.”

Arrival Time

Arrival time depends on your location, traffic, therapist schedule and building access. In many central Seoul areas, fast dispatch may be possible, but exact arrival time is confirmed during booking.

Payment Policy

Payment is made in person immediately when the therapist arrives, before the massage starts. We do not require advance payment for normal bookings unless a special arrangement is clearly explained in advance.

Accepted Payment

• Cash payment in Korean won is accepted.
• Korean cards are accepted.
• Card payments include 10% VAT.
• Foreign cards are not accepted at this time.

Course Price Confirmation

Please confirm the course, duration and price before the therapist is dispatched. Final price may depend on course selection, duration, location and any special travel condition.

No Hidden Sexual Service Fee

24 Seoul Mobile Massage provides professional wellness massage only. We do not provide sexual services or negotiate illegal extra services.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to confirm your booking, find your location and provide safe mobile massage service.

Information We May Collect

• Name or booking name
• Phone number, WhatsApp contact or call record information
• Hotel name, address, room access details or meeting point
• Selected massage course, booking time and service location
• Appearance or clothing description for quick identification on arrival
• Payment method information, but we do not store full card details

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to confirm bookings, arrange dispatch, communicate arrival details, prevent unsafe bookings and manage service records. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.

Third-Party Communication Tools

If you contact us through WhatsApp, phone or other messaging tools, those platforms may process your information according to their own privacy policies.

Data Retention

Booking-related information may be kept for a reasonable period for service management, dispute prevention, safety records and customer support. You may contact us to request deletion of unnecessary personal information.

Cancellation, Delay & No-Show Policy

Before Dispatch

If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact us as early as possible before the therapist is dispatched.

After Dispatch

Once the therapist has already been dispatched, sudden cancellation, wrong address, unreachable phone, blocked access or no-show may affect future booking approval.

Customer Delay

If the customer is not reachable or is not present at the agreed meeting point, the appointment may be delayed or cancelled. Please keep your phone available after booking confirmation.

Refund Policy

Because payment is usually made in person before the massage begins, refund issues are normally avoided. Once the massage has started, refunds are not provided for personal schedule changes, change of mind or early stop requested by the customer. If service cannot be provided due to our side, we will handle the issue fairly based on the situation.

Safety & Service Rules

Mobile massage requires a safe and respectful environment for both the customer and therapist. Please follow the rules below.

• Only one customer is allowed in the room during the appointment.
• The room or meeting location must be safe, private and accessible.
• Do not make sexual, illegal, violent or threatening requests.
• Do not touch, photograph or record the therapist without permission.
• Heavy intoxication, aggressive behavior or unsafe conditions may result in immediate cancellation.
• The therapist may refuse or stop service if the environment is unsafe or inappropriate.

Our service is for relaxation and general wellness only. It is not medical treatment, physical therapy or diagnosis. If you have injury, severe pain, skin condition, recent surgery, heart condition or other medical concerns, please consult a qualified medical professional before booking.

Service Area Policy

We mainly provide mobile massage service across Seoul and the Seoul metropolitan area, including nearby areas such as Incheon, Bucheon, Bundang, Pangyo and other Gyeonggi locations depending on schedule and travel distance.

Local or provincial areas outside the metropolitan area may sometimes be possible depending on time, location and therapist availability. Please contact us with your exact address to check availability.
